Training should be fun, accurate, informative. It should add value, inspire, and applicable. We believe that online learning can be all this and more. All it needs is the right platform and engaging content.
Our platform is versatile and easy to use: you can access all Enza’s training programs online – anywhere, anytime, and on any device! We like to use innovative technology that is online, rapid, and scalable. Our cloud-based learner management system means you can access our training programmes whenever & wherever you want, using a variety of methods such as the browser on your laptop, or via an app on your tablet or smartphone.
We believe in a micro-learning based approach – each course’s content is provided in small bite-size chunks, which improves knowledge retention and is perfect for mobile learning. Tailor-made training means we design a program that is unique to your needs – providing that your staff need – nothing more and nothing less.
We provide different online training models: supported learning where we have an online facilitator to help people get through the training; self-paced whether the learner decides how and when to complete the training; blended training where we mix methods to your specification (this could also include some face to face training). We also provide assessed learning where we can provide you with detailed reports and ensure competency against learning objectives or non-assessed learning.

Modules
Evidence is a key component in understanding what works to reduce inequality and poverty. Our research seeks to identify drivers of social and health issues in Southern Africa and to understand its far-reaching consequences for individuals, families, communities, and countries.
Our research helps to clearly describe and define the macro problems that drive inequality, stigma and discrimination, and the micro problems that could be inherent in a program that block access to services for example.
We use a blend of traditional tools, such as focus groups and paper-based questionnaires, and electronic tools such as online surveys. In addition, we offer various presentation formats for research data, methodology, and results.
